Welcome to Rocket City Outdoors. We want to ensure you have a smooth and transparent experience when shopping with us. Please review our shipping policy below.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Expedited and priority shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather-related disruptions.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information assuming you provided your email address during the order process.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active after receiving your email.


Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

  • Rocket City Outdoors is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at justin@rocketcityoutdoors.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
