Processing and delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Processing may take longer during peak periods. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Carrier or weather disruptions can cause delays.

Rates and shipping destinations

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Expedited and priority options are available at an additional cost. We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking

If you provide an email address at checkout, we send shipping confirmation and tracking details when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Damaged, lost or delayed packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and determine the next steps.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. Please report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery when possible to help us document it with the carrier. This request does not replace our lifetime warranty or rights that cannot be excluded by law. RCO covers applicable shipping costs to resolve items that arrive defective, damaged or incorrect.

Returns and warranty shipping

Eligible unused U.S. products qualify for free 30-day returns with a prepaid label and no restocking fee. Careful test-fitting is allowed if the item remains unused and unaltered. Installed, modified or customer-damaged items and nondefective custom-made products are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Original outbound shipping is not refunded for change-of-mind returns. Customers pay shipping to return an item for a lifetime-warranty claim; this is separate from eligible free 30-day returns and order-arrival problems. See our Returns, Refunds and Lifetime Warranty policy for details.
